Bully Dog performance for your gasoline powered Ford Full Size truck The Power Pup Downloader is a programmer/tuner that downloads horsepower and performance enhancing programs into '04-'08 Ford F-150s with either 4.6L or 5.4L V8 engines. The downloader offers two different engine tunes above stock to accommodate various driving conditions. The Regular Tune is recommended for use with 85 or 87 octane gasoline. For maximum effectiveness it is recommend that shift firmness and shift points be increased. This tune can be used for everyday driving and towing. The Premium Engine Tune is recommended for use with 91 or 93 octane gasoline. Again increases in shift firmness and shift points are recommended with this tune. This tune can be used for everyday driving and off highway racing. Additional features include Transmission Tuning, Transmission Shift Points, Speed Limiter Adjustment and Reading and Erasing Diagnostic Trouble Codes.
